I aim to provide diversity training to small and large businesses, public schools, colleges, universities.

  • To allow them to gain the know-how that will result in the improved professional interactions around issues of diversity in the workplace.
  • Staff and professionals will be equipped with theoretical and practical knowledge that will empower them to become even more culturally competent in their professional interpersonal interactions.
  • Consultees will be aided to assess where they are and set goals to make positive progress toward equity and to gain an appreciation for cultural uniformity.
  • Presentations will be focused on ways of assisting organizations to understand, be more accommodating and work productively with minorities within their different work settings.
  • Consultation competencies will include education, facilitating enlightenment and insight, encouraging productivity through improved culturally competent communication, empowerment, helping staff to inspire cultural inquisitiveness and to gain positive aspirations to help workers from different ethnic groups feel comfortable within their work environments.
  • Other focus will include helping to facilitate positive interactions that will aid workers to be comfortable in their workplaces.
  • The overall aim is to help employers to commit to use time, people and resources to equate diversity with advancement on their business agenda.  This help will eventually lead to economic and social benefits that will create an inclusive workplace.
