I have a lot of experience as a facilitator of multi- and cross-cultural education and consultation for staff and professionals in higher educational institutions, nonprofit and for profit businesses and agencies, in jails and institutions and in secondary school institutions in the United States and abroad in Nigeria from the 1980s until now.  My varied research interests not only includes looking at the efficacy of multicultural education and consultation as a means of alleviating the lack of cultural competency in Higher Education work environments and for pre-service counselors, but also includes an extensive research agenda on the traditional healing methods indigenous to different cultures, particularly contextualized to West Africa and North America. My most keenly pursued area of interest is diversity training for employers seeking to attain and maintain diversity in the workplace.
